How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 working days from dispatch. Express delivery (1–2 working days) is available at checkout for an additional charge. We dispatch most in-stock items within 1–2 working days of ordering.
Custom orders and made-to-order items may take longer — we'll confirm an estimated dispatch date when you place your order.

What materials do you print with?

Accepted Answer

We print primarily in PLA+ and PETG, which cover the vast majority of use cases. We also offer:

ABS / ASA — for heat-resistant or outdoor parts
  TPU — flexible, rubber-like prints
  Matte PLA — for a smooth, paint-ready surface on decorative items

If you have a specific material requirement for a custom order, let us know on the quote form and we'll confirm availability.

Question 3

What is your returns policy?

Accepted Answer

We offer a 14-day returns policy on physical products in their original condition. If you're not happy with your order, contact us at hello@creative3dprints.co.uk within 14 days of receiving it and we'll arrange a return or replacement.
Please note: custom/bespoke orders and STL digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered, unless there is a fault with the product.

Question 4

How do digital STL downloads work?

When you purchase an STL download, you'll receive a secure download link by email immediately after payment. The link is valid for 30 days and can be used up to 5 times.
STL files are for personal use only unless you have purchased a commercial licence. Please see our licence terms on the product page for full details.

Can you print my own design?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We print custom designs every week. You can request a quote by uploading your STL, STEP, or OBJ file (or even a sketch or reference image) and describing what you need. We'll come back to you within 24 hours with a price.
We have printed everything from architectural scale models to cosplay props to personalised gifts — no job is too unusual.

What colours are available?

We stock a wide range of colours in PLA+ and PETG. Popular options include:

Black, White, Grey (matte and silk finish)
  Red, Blue, Green, Yellow
  Orange, Purple, Pink
  Gold and Silver silk PLA
  Transparent / Natural

Most of our listed products are shown in a default colour — if you'd like a different colour, add a note at checkout or contact us before ordering.
