Shipping Policy

Almost everything we sell is made to order — physical items are 3D printed specifically for you once your order is placed. Here's how shipping and delivery work, and what it costs.

UK delivery options and costs

• Standard delivery — £3.65 — arrives within 2–5 business days of placing your order.
• Expedited delivery — £4.65 — arrives within 1–2 business days of placing your order.
• Free standard delivery on orders over £40.

The exact delivery cost for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery options are shown for your order at checkout; rates on this page are correct as of June 2026.

Dispatch

Because items are printed to order, your order goes into production as soon as payment is confirmed. We'll email you to confirm your order and again when it's on its way. Larger or custom jobs get a quoted timeline upfront before you commit.

Digital downloads

Digital files (STL / 3MF) have no shipping cost and no waiting — your download links are issued instantly once payment is confirmed.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. If you'd like something delivered elsewhere, contact us before ordering and we'll quote delivery for your location.

Problems with your delivery?

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, or arrives damaged, email hello@creative3dprints.co.uk with your order reference (e.g. C3D-000123) and we'll sort it out. Items damaged in transit are covered under our Returns Policy — we'll replace, repair or refund, and we cover the return postage.
