Commercial Licence Terms

1. Definitions

In these terms:

• Licensor means Creative 3D Prints UK.
• Licensee means the person or business that purchased the commercial licence.
• Design means the digital 3D model, file, and any related assets supplied by the Licensor.
• Physical Prints means physical items manufactured using the Design.
• Digital Files means the original file and any modified, converted, resized, repaired, or otherwise adapted digital version of that file.

2. Licence Grant

Subject to these terms, the Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, worldwide, perpetual licence to:

• Use the Design to create Physical Prints; and
• Sell those Physical Prints commercially, including in unlimited quantities.

This licence is granted to the original purchaser only.

3. Permitted Use

Under this commercial licence, the Licensee may:

• Download and store the purchased Digital Files for their own use;
• Use the Design to produce Physical Prints for sale;
• Sell Physical Prints through their own website, online marketplaces, social media platforms, in-person events, and retail channels;
• Use photographs of their own Physical Prints for marketing and sales purposes;
• Make minor technical modifications to the Design where required for 3D printing.

4. Prohibited Use

Unless the Licensor gives prior written permission, the Licensee may not:

• Resell, share, gift, transfer, or redistribute the Digital Files;
• Upload the Digital Files to any website, marketplace, repository, cloud drive, forum, file-sharing service, or social platform;
• Sublicense, lease, assign, or otherwise pass on any rights in the Design;
• Sell, distribute, or share the Digital Files as part of a bundle, membership, download pack, course, or subscription;
• Claim the Design as their own original work;
• Use the Design or any Digital Files to create a competing digital product for sale or distribution;
• Allow any third party to access or use the Digital Files except as strictly necessary for the Licensee's own internal production process;
• Use the Licensor's business name, logo, branding, or product names in a way that suggests partnership, endorsement, or official authorisation.

5. Digital File Restrictions

The sale or supply of a Design does not transfer ownership of the copyright or any other intellectual property rights.

The Licensee is purchasing a licence to use the Design under these terms only. All Digital Files remain the property of Creative 3D Prints UK.

The Licensee may sell Physical Prints only. The Licensee may not sell, share, or distribute the Digital Files in any form.

6. Modifications

The Licensee may make minor technical modifications to the Design where reasonably necessary for printing, including:

• Resizing for print purposes;
• Adding or adjusting supports;
• Changing print orientation;
• Splitting a model for printing;
• Repairing meshes;
• Hollowing or otherwise preparing the file for manufacture.

However, the Licensee may not:

• Sell or distribute modified Digital Files;
• Share modified Digital Files with others;
• Claim copyright ownership in modified versions of the original Design;
• Create derivative digital products for resale or distribution based on the Design.

Any modified file remains subject to these terms.

7. Attribution

Attribution is not required under this commercial licence.

However, no right is granted to present yourself as the designer, rights owner, partner, or authorised representative of Creative 3D Prints UK.

8. Territory and Duration

This licence is:

• Worldwide in territory; and
• Perpetual in duration,

Unless terminated in accordance with these terms.

9. No Transfer or Sublicensing

This licence is personal to the original purchaser.

The Licensee may not transfer this licence to another person, business, print farm, contractor, or organisation without prior written consent from the Licensor. The Licensee may not sublicense any rights granted under this licence.

10. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Design, Digital Files, images, product names, branding, and related content remain with Creative 3D Prints UK unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Nothing in these terms transfers copyright, design rights, trademark rights, or any other intellectual property rights to the Licensee.

11. Termination

This licence will terminate automatically if the Licensee breaches any of these terms.

On termination, the Licensee must immediately:

• Stop using the Design;
• Stop producing and selling Physical Prints made from the Design;
• Delete or destroy all Digital Files and modified versions in their possession or control.

Termination is without prejudice to any rights or remedies available to the Licensor.

12. Enforcement

Creative 3D Prints UK reserves the right to investigate suspected misuse of its Designs and to take appropriate action where necessary, including suspension of access, licence revocation, takedown requests, and legal enforcement.

13. Refunds and Cancellations

Because Digital Files are supplied electronically, refunds are not normally offered once the files have been downloaded, accessed, or delivered, unless required by law or unless the Licensor states otherwise in writing.

Nothing in this section affects any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Liability

The Design is supplied as a digital product for use in 3D printing workflows.

The Licensee is responsible for:

• Checking print settings;
• Ensuring printer compatibility;
• Testing the suitability of the final printed product for its intended use;
• Complying with all applicable product safety, consumer, labelling, and sales laws in the territories where they operate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creative 3D Prints UK shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of the Design, Digital Files, or any Physical Prints made from them.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law.

15. Changes to These Terms

Creative 3D Prints UK may update these terms from time to time.

The version in force at the date of purchase will apply to that purchase unless a later version is expressly accepted or required by law.

16. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, unless another mandatory local law applies.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
