Ribbed Desk Organiser Set — Printable Digital Files

A desk that looks organised usually means three things are within reach: something to write with, something to write on, and somewhere to put the small stuff. This set covers all three, and because all three pieces share the same ribbed style, they look like they actually belong together.

Printed in PLA at our workshop in Wednesfield, each piece is solid and ready to use straight out of the box. No assembly, no fiddling — just put them on your desk and fill them up.

Why it works

Most desk tidies are either too small to be useful or too big to fit your actual space. This set keeps it simple: one holder for pens and pencils, one for your sticky note pad, and one small tray for the bits that otherwise end up scattered across your desk — paperclips, USB sticks, rubber bands, coins.

The ribbed texture gives each piece a consistent look without needing to match colours perfectly, so they sit well together however you arrange them.

How to print these

Both files are provided in 3MF format and designed for FDM printing. They sit flat on the build plate and need no supports. Standard 0.2mm layer height and 0.4mm nozzle gives the cleanest result on the ribbed detail, though 0.6mm works fine if you're not concerned about definition.

Print time varies by printer and settings. At 0.2mm layer height with standard PLA settings, expect roughly 2–3 hours for the full set. Any FDM-compatible filament works — PLA, PLA+, PETG, whatever you normally run.

A few honest notes

These are FDM 3D printed, so you'll see layer lines on close inspection — that's normal and doesn't affect how they work. They're robust for desktop use but not meant for heavy loads. The ribbed texture collects dust slightly more than smooth surfaces, but wipes clean with a dry cloth.
