Demonlord Fang — Mythical Fantasy Sword Digital File for 3D Printing
The Demonlord Fang is a demonic horned-skull blade designed as a print-ready 3MF file for cosplay, display, and tabletop builds. The blade is a long, tapered fang-like silhouette with a recessed central spine, flanked by twin bat-wing crossguards that sweep downward from a sculpted demon-skull hilt. The skull carries a pair of curved upward horns and a smaller crown of horns above, with a faceted spiked pommel finishing the top of the design.
About the Design
The blade is sculpted as a single tapered fang profile with a deep central channel running the full length, giving it a dramatic silhouette and a clear surface to highlight with paint or finishing. The crossguards split into two mirrored bat-wing tendrils — sharp, downward-curving shapes with serrated inner edges — meeting at a sculpted demon skull with horns and ridged brow detail. A smaller crown of horns sits above the skull, capped by a faceted spike. Detail sits in the silhouette, the skull face, and the wing edges — the blade faces are clean, ready to take whatever finish you want.
Print Details
The file is supplied as a 3MF format. The sword is scalable without losing detail, so you can size it to suit your printer bed and your build. No supports needed, prints cleanly with standard FDM settings on Bambu Lab, Prusa, Creality, Anycubic, and similar machines.

Customisation Ideas
The model is designed to take finishing well. A few directions that work with this blade:
Paint the central blade channel with a translucent red or orange wash over a white or silver base for the glowing hellfire look shown in the concept art. Brush metallic black, gunmetal, or aged iron into the wing and skull recesses and wipe back for a forged demonic-steel finish. Pick out the eye sockets in red or amber for a glowing-eye effect, or drop in two small LEDs for a lit pommel. Sand the blade faces smooth before painting if you want a glass-like surface. Add a leather or paracord wrap to the central grip section for a tactile handle. These are suggestions, not part of the file — you get the printable model, the customisation is yours.
Honest Notes
This is a digital file, not a physical item. Printed results will show layer lines on the blade faces and the wing curves — these are part of FDM printing, and sand or fill smooth before painting if you want a clean finish. The olive-green version shown in the listing images is the straight-off-the-printer result in a matte PLA — the dark blade with glowing red core is a concept render showing what's achievable with paint and finishing. The sword is a display and cosplay prop, not functional. Print orientation affects surface quality on the blade faces and the bat-wing tendrils, so test at small scale first if you're new to large prop prints.
