The Vertical Label Helper for square containers is a manual label positioning tool designed for makers working with flat-sided containers, bottles, jars and product boxes.

A dedicated centring support positions and holds your container, while the front gear raises or lowers the label guide to your preferred height. Together, they provide a repeatable reference for applying labels across matching products.

Designed with candle makers, perfume brands and other small-batch businesses in mind, it helps take the repeated measuring out of preparing your products for sale.

This version is designed for square and rectangular containers with a flat surface for labelling.

• Maximum intended container width: 100 mm.
• Rectangular containers: width and depth both affect the fit. Send us both measurements if you are unsure.
• Product boxes: intended for retail packaging boxes, such as perfume, candle and skincare boxes—not shipping cartons.
• Unusual shapes: contact us before ordering for tapered sides, heavily rounded corners or uneven labelling surfaces.
• Labels extending around corners: suitability depends on the label and packaging. Please check with us before ordering.

The centring mechanism positions the container. You still align your label and check that its artwork is level before attaching it.

Suitable for

Square and rectangular bottles, jars and boxes, including packaging used for perfumes, candles, skincare and cosmetics.

Please check the actual width and depth of your container before ordering. Capacity alone, such as 100 ml or 30 cl, does not confirm compatibility.

How to use it

• Set the label height – turn the front gear to position the guide where you want the bottom of your label.
• Position the container – stand it on the base with the face you want to label towards the guide.
• Adjust the support – use the centring mechanism to hold the container steady. Apply only gentle pressure, particularly with cardboard packaging.
• Align the label – remove the backing, position the bottom of the label against the guide and check the alignment.
• Attach and smooth – press the label onto the flat face, smoothing from the centre outwards.
• Repeat – check your first result, then keep the settings for matching containers.

Readjust the tool when changing container size or label position.

Material and care

Made from PLA, a lightweight, rigid plastic.

Wipe clean with a soft, lightly dampened cloth. Keep away from direct heat, hot surfaces and sunny car dashboards.

Turn the adjustment mechanism gently and avoid forcing the support against your container.

Visible layer lines are a normal feature of 3D printing. Colours may vary slightly between filament batches and due to lighting or screen settings.
