The Wick Helper helps position the wick tab in the centre of your jar or tin, then keeps the wick upright and centred while you pour and the wax begins to set.
The result is straighter wicks, fewer off-centre wicks and a quicker, more consistent setup across your batch, with less time spent adjusting and repositioning wicks by hand.

We’ve matched each listed container to the correct Wick Holder fit, so there is no need to measure your jar or work out which size to choose yourself.
Please select the exact container from the correct supplier. Jars and tins with the same capacity can have different dimensions and may require a different fit.
Each Wick Helper is designed and tested using the exact container listed in the product options.
However, we have also found small dimensional differences between containers of the same type — different colour versions from the same supplier. Because of this, slight variations in fit may occasionally occur.

The two parts have different jobs.
Wick Holder
Stays on the container during pouring and helps keep the wick upright and centred while the wax begins to set.
You will normally need one Wick Holder for each candle you want to pour at the same time.
Placement Tube
Used to position the wick tab accurately in the centre of the container. Once the wick is positioned, the tube is removed and reused.
You do not need one Placement Tube for every Wick Holder.
However, Placement Tubes are matched to their Wick Holder fit. A Placement Tube designed for one size cannot be used with a different Wick Holder size.
The Placement Tube can then be reused with other Wick Holders of the same fit.
If your supplier or exact jar or tin is not listed, select Bespoke Fit and enter the outer top diameter of your container.
Bespoke fits are available for outer top diameters from 40–94 mm.
Glass jars and metal tins: measure straight across the outside of the top rim.
Threaded and amber apothecary jars: measure across the outside of the neck, including the thread.

The Wick Helper is not heatproof. Keep it away from direct heat, open flames, heat guns, dishwashers, solvents, harsh chemicals and hot wax poured directly onto the tool.
If wax touches the tool, allow it to cool fully before cleaning. Wash by hand using warm soapy water and a soft cloth, then store flat in a cool, dry place.
Fine layer lines are normal on 3D-printed products and do not affect use. Colours may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings and filament batches.
